We went to visit my inlaws' this weekend...... my husband took the pic of 'the sunbonnet and grandad'. Both children had a ball racing about in the paddoc with the cows, and doing all sorts of different things like riding tractors and playing golf on the lawn.
I have about a million and one things to do......
- loads and loads of washing
- finish curtain for little boy's room (that I started last night)
- unpack and put away
- tidy house (messy from last minute packing job friday)
- plant rest of tomatoes and pull out broccoli, caulis and garlic before it flowers
- hill up potatoes and plant corn, pumpkins and melons
- baking (bread and banana cake to use the bananas that didn't get eaten because we were away)
- make marmalade (oranges have been sitting around for far too long, don't want them to go green and squishy)
- I'm sure I promised my hubby home made icecream (although I think it's just as much for me as for him)
- um...... more washing?
Even with all those things to do (and probably more that I have forgotten about) it's still nice to be home...... there's nothing like flopping on your own couch and doing nothing after four hours' driving yesterday, and a weekend of visiting.
